Tavolino Della Nonna (table of my grandmother) is the result of years of hard work to honor my late grandmother Lena Bello. My passion for cooking began in her kitchen and when she passed away I decided I wanted to keep her original kitchen table. My vision was to base an Italian restaurant around the concept of my grandmother’s table where people would be able to come and experience a unique combination of my skills in Nouvelle cuisine intertwined with my grandmother’s home style cooking. I believe that mealtime is a special time for sharing and making memories just as my grandmother had done for our family.
